Allows you to use ALL of our recovery services every time you visit.

Services included:

• Hot + Cold Plunge
  
• Air Compression by Normatec
• Theragun precussion massage tool
• Hyperice Vibration Rollers & Trigger Balls
• Stretching
• Towels, showers and changeroom are provided.

All Membership includes general guidance from The Cove Sports Recovery Vancouver Team.

Cost: After you have paid your membership, just book into a session date/time and you don't pay anything more. 1 per customer.

Visit duration Depends on what you want to use, but for guidance to use everything will take approximately 75mins.
