Personalised stretching

Building strength requires a strong foundation of mobility. Our mission is to work with each client to understand their needs so that we can work with you to un-do many years of poor posture and exercise habits. Our tailored stretching approach takes on scientific-backed techniques (including static, dynamic, and proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF) stretches) to enhance flexibility and mobility, reduce muscle tension and discomfort (Weppler & Magnusson, 2010).
