We’ve had some busy days lately at the Cove and we are so grateful!

We have some BIG updates coming for the The Cove SOON. Additional amenities. Some HOT ones 😉 

We’re also going to start offering solo Air Compression packages as well since those have really been popular!

  • It was amazing to have @nedya_sawan and @josielonghurst in to help with their recovery the other day.

Recovery is a KEY part to their lifestyle, being professional soccer players. So, we ran them through the Hot and Cold Cycle AS WELL as the air compression boots.

By the end they were both “ready to pass out”.

Our dream is to have athletes come to us here at the cove as their main source of recovery and relaxation so they can perform at their best out in the world.

Cold Plunge + Hot Plunge cycles to help you recover over the weekend 🛁🥶🔥
  • Air Compression Boots

Next best thing to a massage here a the Cove! Our boots (and arms and hips) help with circulation throughout the body. If you’re feeling stiff from a whole bunch of runs or feeling taxed from all the workouts, these can be a great way to flush the lactic acid and get the nutrients flowing more efficiently!

This is one of the most relaxing methods for recovery that we have! People genuinely fall asleep in our chairs while using these :)

We’ve got packages for just the boots here at the cove so come on down if you’re looking to feel better and work on those “little things for great gains”.
  • Run + Coffee at The Cove 🏃‍♂️ ☕️ 

Join us for our run for all paces CREW every Thursday morning! 8am in West Vancouver with a beautiful view on the Seawall.

We haven’t seen any Whales yet but man is our crew hoping to!

The run is about 4.6km and each week we have people PRing their times or distances. 

We’re all chill and just wanting to enjoy fitness and chats with a crew ❤️. Hopefully we see you there!

Nick helps Lucy out with an assessment on her Shoulder and her Hips. Panic index only at. 3/10 so nothing crucial needed during this session but much relief was had.

Cupping on the triceps was also to aid in additional pain felt through the elbow.

Our Cove Manager led Run + Coffee this week and we had some serious PRs and NEW ADDITIONS!

Some of our regular crew were out this week but we had NEW members and we were so happy ☺️☺️

Another weekly reminder that our crew is for all paces. People set PRs this week while some ran our 4.6k for the FIRST TIME. And we’re so proud.
